Hi! I'm Sara Herrera. I am a Colombian entrepreneur, wife and lover of art in all its expressions.
I was born and raised in the beautiful country of Colombia, although I also lived in countries like Mexico and Panama for a couple of years. You may wonder how I got to the United States, and especially to the state of Michigan. Well, the short answer is for love. Yes! As you read, I met the love of my life (Jordan) on a tourism trip he made to Colombia back in December 2017. We fell in love from the first moment and we had a long distance relationship for 2 years, until in October of 2019 when we got married in a small intimate wedding. Now we are planning the official celebration in Colombia for 2021!
Whatever you do, do it with passion
As for my professional training, I studied makeup and professional photography since I finished high school and it has been my passion ever since then. In college, I obtained two degrees, one in Business Administration and another in Marketing. Both of these prompted me to start my own company. My makeup and photography business has allowed me to utilize all of the talents that God has given me, and has enhanced my passions that now, with much love and effort, I am expanding to this new country.
I currently live in Royal Oak Michigan with my husband and two feline children Tazz and Kitty.
